If only brain tumour research could be funded in the same way as leukaemia and other cancers

Twelfth Man climbers raise £29K!

Congratulations to David Crosbie and friends who climbed Monte Rosa (the second highest peak in the Alps and Western Europe), having had to abort their attempt to climb Mont Blanc because of the very real risk of avalanche. They made this challenging ascent on the first anniversary of the death of friend, Angus Anthony, from a brain tumour. Angus is the inspiration for the Twelfth Man – one of Brain Tumour Research’s umbrella groups. David and his fellow climbers have to date raised almost £29K – superb effort guys.
