Having to deal with the diagnosis of a terminal illness, either your own or that of a loved one, must be an unimaginable trauma. Helen Emms, who lost her mother last year to a brain tumour, has written a book entitled “Dying to Live – A personal Journey through Terminal Illness”. She shares her inspirational thoughts about dealing with terminal illness so that patients and carers can arrive at acceptance and those who are left behind feel able to celebrate rather than mourn the death of their loved one. We are honoured that Helen has chosen to donate a percentage of sales from copies purchased prior to the official launch date on 20th September to Brain Tumour Research.
